You Are Not Alone Island Card

Inspired by my dear friend and the metaphor we often used when we were feeling down. We would refer to the "island" as a state of mind as a quick reference in a text so the other would know to call later that afternoon. It's easy to feel all alone despite a vast network of friends and family and sometimes you just need to let them know you are here for them.
